Postpartum Support Skills Group

Motherhood can feel emotionally overwhelming, isolating, and overstimulating at times. You may find yourself feeling more reactive, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unlike yourself — while also feeling pressure to “hold it together” for everyone else. If you’re struggling to manage the emotional ups and downs of postpartum or motherhood, this group was created for you.

This therapist-led Postpartum Skills & Support Group combines emotional support, connection, and practical coping tools to help you feel more grounded, understood, and emotionally supported.

In In this group, you will learn how to:

  • Better understand and manage overwhelming emotions

  • Reduce anxiety, overstimulation, and emotional reactivity

  • Build healthy coping skills for stress and burnout

  • Navigate identity changes in motherhood

  • Improve self-compassion and emotional awareness

  • Communicate needs and set boundaries more effectively

  • Feel less alone through support and shared experiences

  • Build emotional resilience and confidence in yourself

  • 75 minutes for 6 weeks

  • Meets Virtually

  • Open to 18+ and must be located in CA

  • Space is limited! Maximum number of participants is 8
