Group Therapy in Temecula, CA and Online

Being Seen Changes Everything

Therapy to Help You Feel Less Alone and More Connected to Yourself and Others

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

There’s something powerful about sitting in a room (or virtual space) with people who get it.

Group therapy offers a different kind of healing — one where you’re not the only one navigating hard emotions, relationship patterns, or life transitions. Instead of feeling isolated, you begin to see that your experiences make sense, your reactions are valid, and you’re not as alone as you may feel.

Whether you’re working through a breakup, healing from an unhealthy relationship, navigating motherhood, or trying to reconnect with yourself, group therapy can provide support, insight, and real connection.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or alone — this is for you

You might be used to handling everything on your own.

You overthink, over analyze, or keep things to yourself because it feels easier than explaining it to someone who might not understand.

But inside, you may feel:

  • Emotionally overwhelmed or drained

  • Disconnected from yourself or others

  • Stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break

  • Anxious in relationships or constantly second-guessing yourself

  • Like you’re the only one dealing with this

Group therapy creates space to be seen, understood, and supported — without having to filter or carry it all alone.

What makes group therapy different

Group therapy is not about being put on the spot or forced to share before you’re ready.

It’s about:

  • Hearing others express things you’ve struggled to put into words

  • Realizing your experiences are more common than you thought

  • Receiving support, feedback, and perspective in a safe environment

  • Practicing boundaries, communication, and vulnerability in real time

  • Building connection without losing yourself

Many clients find that group therapy helps them feel less alone while also deepening the work they’re doing in individual therapy.

My Approach

A person with long curly hair leaning out of a moving car window with their arm extended, driving along a winding mountain road surrounded by trees and snow-capped peaks under a partly cloudy sky.

My approach to group therapy is trauma-informed, structured, and supportive. I integrate DBT-informed skills to help you better understand your emotions, respond to stress more effectively, and build tools you can actually use in your daily life.

I also prioritize creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and grounded — where you can show up as you are, without pressure or expectation to perform.

Healing Doesn’t Have to happen in isolation

You can be supported, understood, and challenged in ways that help you grow — while still feeling like yourself.

Group therapy offers a space to practice new ways of relating, build connection, and remind yourself that you are not alone in what you’re going through.
